Currently, Pickard Commercial Group provides property management for over 200,000 square feet of specially selected commercial real estate investments in the Greater Akron and Cleveland markets.  All aspects of the day to day operations for these buildings are supervised by our property managers.  We oversee ordering supplies, contract services, and on-site building staff, negotiating contracts for critical services for your property, and managing utilities. We have the contacts and the relationships with service providers that assure you the best fit for your property. We currently direct the activities of approximately 35 building staff members and field personnel. We cover all the bases so that you can focus on your core business, not the business of managing.
