PCG has successfully closed on Cedar Knoll Apartment Complex in Akron!  PCG currently owns and manages Robinwood Apartments in Stow, and is excited to take on this new venture.

September 17, 2012 Partnering with CBRE Group, PCG closed a 6.1 million dollar sale on an office building, 1077 Gorge Blvd in Akron. The building formally belonged to YRC Worldwide, Inc. and was purchased by Summa Health System.
